Job Summary: SUNY Brockport is accepting applications for anticipated part-time adjunct faculty openings in the department of Healthcare Studies. The department typically hires adjunct faculty to teach classroom-based, hybrid, and online courses for the Healthcare Administration program and Alcohol and Substance Abuse Studies program. Included, but not limited are courses like Long-term Care/Nursing Home Management, Psychopharmacology of Alcohol and Other Drugs, Theories of Alcohol and Other Drugs and more. Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Alcohol & Substance Abuse or related area by time of appointment from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
- Doctorate Healthcare Administration or Alcohol & Substance Abuse.
- Significant teaching experience.
- Ability to teach online and/or willingness to complete the College's teacher training modules for online course teaching.
