Assistant Professor

The University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, KY is seeking applicants for an Assistant Professor position in the Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery and the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine. The minimum educational requirements for the position are a medical degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Critical Care Medicine. The applicant must also be eligible for or in possession of a Kentucky medical license and must possess Board Certification in Critical Care or be certified by head of fellowship program as eligible to sit for exams for board certification in Critical Care as conducted by the American Board of Internal Medicine, American Board of Surgery, or American Board of Anesthesiology. Duties will include direct patient care and teaching.
