Duties and Responsibilities

A postdoctoral position funded by a NIGMS T32 training grant is available for conducting research in the Burn and Shock Trauma Research Institute ( BSTRI ) at Loyola. Loyola’s BSTRI program is home to a multi-disciplinary group of basic and clinician scientist studying the host response to traumatic injuries. For details please visit: https://ssom.luc.edu/bsti/

All applicants must be United States citizens or permanent residents. Postdoctoral candidates must have a M.D. or Ph.D. in a related fiel

Postdoctoral trainees are eligible for up to 2 years of NIH support. Awards are for a 12-month period and are reviewed annually for reappointment.
