POSITION: PROGRAM MANAGER – INSTITUTIONAL POLICIES
DEPARTMENT: INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS
DIVISION: ACADEMIC AFFAIRS

Responsibilities: Under general supervision, the Program Manager for Institutional Policies is responsible for the administration and management of the university’s policy program. The Program Manager leads the campus-wide initiative to consistently review and revise existing policies and routes proposed policy actions for approval in accordance with University rules. The Program Manager supports institutional effectiveness, and strategically guides the policies related to data governance and analytics, and assessment and accreditation. The Program Manager for Institutional Policies reports to the Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness.
Qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Experience in policy management, assessment, evaluation methodology and institutional effectiveness activities are preferred. Candidates must demonstrate basic knowledge of software tools and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications; excellent analytical, organizational, communication and writing skills; the ability to present information/data in a user-friendly manner and to work effectively under demands associated with multiple deadlines. Excellent teamwork and work ethic as well as effective time management, interpersonal and organizational skills are also required.
