POSITION: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR II

DEPARTMENT: FINANCIAL AFFAIRS

DIVISION: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION-

CLOSING DATE: REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS WILL BEGIN IMMEDIATELY AND CONTINUE UNTIL POSITION IS FILLED.

Responsibilities: Under occasional supervision, the Accounts Payable Coordinator II ensures all invoiced requests for payment are processed correctly and in a timely manner. Processes travel expense forms and reports; prepares checks for payment to vendors and individuals. Performs other duties as assigned, Reports to the Controller.

Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable or general bookkeeping, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Finalists for this position are subject to a background check. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check.
