The Department of English at the University of Southern Indiana, a public university in Evansville, Indiana, seeks applications for a 9-month, renewable, non-tenure track position at the instructor level in English. The appointment will begin August 2023.

 

Position Description:

The instructor in English will be expected to engage in department and university service activities, advising, and teach 12 credit hours per semester, a 4/4 load, that includes undergraduate courses in Rhetoric and Composition.

 

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in English and have one or more years of demonstrated success teaching college-level rhetoric and composition.
