Be yourself and start your career here. Help us build a better Brockport! Job Summary: SUNY Brockport is accepting applications for the position of Student Conduct Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Student Conduct, the Student Conduct Coordinator is responsible for implementing an educational process to promote community standards, ensuring due process and fundamental fairness to all individuals and organizations involved. The Student Conduct Coordinator accomplishes this through data driven assessment, training, community outreach, daily management of operations of the student conduct system, processing on- and off-campus violations, sanctioning and educational efforts. This position is committed to equity, inclusivity, access as well as implementing restorative practices through the SUNY Brockport Community. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
  • Demonstrated professional experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified, preferably in higher education.
  • Knowledge of current state and federal mandates, laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and work in environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field.
  • At least one (1) year working in student conduct office directly adjudicating and managing multiple student conduct cases.
  • Proven collaboration with law enforcement/security, counseling and health.
  • Assessment experience.
    Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
    Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary is $57,058. May be benefits eligible; more information at Careers@Brockport. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
