The Department of Health & Kinesiology at Purdue University seeks applicants for an academic-year (9-month) lecturer/senior lecturer position in kinesiology to begin in August 2023.  Applicants must hold a minimum of a master’s degree in kinesiology, exercise science, exercise physiology or a related field.  Applicants must show evidence of success in teaching, preferably at the college level. The successful applicant will teach basic and applied kinesiology courses, will support coordination and supervision of student internships, advise departmental student organizations, and contribute to departmental engagement/service activities as appropriate. Professional certification and memberships pertinent to the profession are preferred, such as, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA CSCS), Clinical Exercise Physiologist by American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-CEP), etc.
