The Division of Pharmacy Education and Innovation at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy invites applications for a full-time (12-month) Lecturer or Senior Lecturer position. This non-tenure-track, promotion-eligible position comprises of in-person and online physiology teaching at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional (Doctor of Pharmacy, or PharmD) levels. Additional contributions in course development, scholarship of teaching and learning, and/or service may also be assigned as appropriate.
Qualified applicants must have a doctoral degree in Biology, Physiology, Pathophysiology, or a related field. All candidates should have experience teaching physiology as an instructor and must be strongly committed to pedagogies that maximize student learning, including active and inclusive teaching practices. Additionally, the candidate must be able and comfortable to teach as a primary instructor or within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
