Position Summary
The University at Buffalo Department of Accounting & Law is seeking to fill a half-time, non-tenure track faculty position in the rank of Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor to begin Spring 2023.
Primary duties include:
Applicants for the position will play a significant role in the delivery and development of both the undergraduate and graduate curriculum and professional development of accounting students and be actively engaged in strengthening the department’s relationship with the accounting profession.

Minimum Qualifications
1) must hold by spring term 2023 a graduate degree (doctorate or master) with concentration in Accounting or Business Administration,
2) must have significant amount of professional experience working in a CPA firm with a specialty in taxation (tax-related experience of publicly traded firms is preferred),
3) must have experience of teaching taxation courses (experience of teaching graduate level taxation courses are preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
1) Professional experience working in a CPA firm with a specialty in taxation, in particular tax-related experience of publicly traded firms.
2) Experience teaching graduate level taxation courses
