Community Engagement Coordinator
About the Opportunity
This job primary function is to work as a liaison between the clinics and communities PROTECT has developed over the length of the projects while supporting the expansion of the Puerto Rico human subject and sampling infrastructure. The position also entails collaboration in the development of educational materials and activities directed at participants and community collaborators as well as support all activities of the Community Engagement Core and Human Subject and Sampling Core.
Qualifications:
Master Degree in Public Health Education or related field. Preference for preparation in Public Health Education. Experience in community engagement activities. Must be fluent in English and Spanish; Puerto Rican Spanish preferred. Prior experience with public health research studies, particularly involving human subjects, is preferred.
