Job Title
Program Manager, EMBA, CBA Graduate and Executive Business Programs

Essential Functions
The program manager provides oversight and manages the day-to-day operations of the Executive MBA and executive graduate programs consistent with the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures mutually established by the Senior Director. This position will be actively involved in the fiscal aspects of the programs including budget monitoring, billing (tuition),and accounts receivable.
The position will also oversee data collection and administration, student support, customer service, student affairs, and alumni relations. Lastly, this position will coordinate the operations and student services of special programs that are intertwined with the EMBA program such as the USSTRATCOM Strategic Leadership Fellows Program. This includes operations, logistics, and customer service-focused functions that must be performed at a high level.
Work Schedule
Generally 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; with some evening/weekend events as needed
Additional Duties
Required Qualifications
Required Education: Master’s Degree in business administration, higher education administration, or other closely related field.
Required Experience: Work experience in higher education or corporate education with client services responsibilities.
Will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience: Work experience in professional graduate/business education programs (ie law, medicine, etc.) or executive education.
