Job Description:

The Department of Radiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville seeks a Neuroradiologist with proven academic focus at UF Jacksonville Health System at the non-tenure accruing position rank of assistant or associate level. The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership both clinically and academically and who understands the principle of maintaining an engaged team.

As a Section Chief of Neuroradiology, work with colleagues in neurosurgery, neurology, oncology, radiation oncology & pathology, via daily interactions/multidisciplinary. Board Certified/Board eligible preferred in Diagnostic Radiology. Fellowship trained in Neuroradiolgy and hold or be eligible for a CAQ. Serve as a mentor to train a great group of residents.

UF Health - Jacksonville is the only university-based academic practice in Northeast Florida. We subspecialized across the department. No nights are required as we have an overnight ED radiology division. An internal-moonlighting evening shift is available for qualified faculty.

Our Neuroradiology program is growing encompassing all facets of MRI and CT. WE serve the premier level-1 trauma center in Northeast Florida. We have collegial group of fellowship-trained radiologist who cover each other.

Expected Salary:

Salary is negotiable; commensurate with experience and qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Must have Florida Medical License. Fellowshipped training in Neuroradiology and hold or be eligible for a CAQ.

Preferred Qualifications:

Board Certified/Board eligible preferred in Diagnostic Radiology.
