Primary responsibilities are participating in the College Now dual credit program and traveling to high schools to mentor high school teachers.  Secondary duties may include teaching introductory undergraduate Math course(s). Participation in departmental and programmatic assessment efforts is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education with at least 18 credits in graduate mathematics content courses as evaluated by the search committee. 
  • Must be able to travel within the state of Minnesota. 
  • Must have taken a graduate-level Real Analysis and a graduate-level Statistics course. 
  • Experience in teaching undergraduate-level College Algebra, Trigonometry, Statistics, and Calculus I as an instructor of record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school teaching experience.
  • Experience working with dual credit programs.
  • Experience in recruiting.
  • Experience with assessment.
