Job Summary/Basic Functions
As a member of EKU's Office of e-Campus Learning and the core Slate Team, the e-Campus CRM and Enrollment Systems Analyst is responsible for the CRM (Slate) system to help ensure student enrollment and retention goals are met and provide support to the core Slate Team to meet fundamental priorities of the system. Primary functions of this position include daily administration and support to the Slate platform including but not limited to assisting with special project builds, triaging Slate service ticket requests, coordination of the marketing, admissions, transfer, and advising CRM processes for online students and coordinating training of the system.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: - Bachelor's degree is required in business, social sciences, education, communications, marketing or related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: - Five years of related experience with emphasis on demonstrated competence in customer service and technical skills.

- 50% - Manage CRM (Slate) for EKU Online - ()
- 40% - Core Slate Team Support - ()
- 5% - Completes all other duties as assigned to support marketing, recruitment and retention CRM initiatives. - ()
- 5% - Identify, develop and facilitate training of CRM system for e-Campus team members. - ()
