Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Program Coordinator provides enabling support for activities, budget, and events in the EKU Honors Program and in the Noel Studio through partnerships with the Directors of each area. This Coordinator oversees planning, coordination, and implementation of specific one-day events or multi-day workshops, programs, and travel. This includes scheduling and reservations, speaker contracts and logistics, developing and distributing promotional/recruiting materials and event materials, recruiting participants, tracking applicants, and securing travel, housing, and meals for participants. The Program Coordinator will also oversee the Honors Program office and budget in addition to supervising two student workers who assist in these duties.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: One year of experience is required.
Experience in higher education is preferred.

- 60% - Partner with Directors and/or Associate Directors to provide enabling support for Programs. - (Essential)
- 35% - Provides excellent customer service by interacting with and assisting constituents in a professional manner. - (Essential)
- 5% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - (Essential)
