Job Description Summary / TWC Summary
Under general supervision manages the administrative, financial, budgetary, human resources and payroll operations for the Office of Information Technology which includes approximately 30 staff members and fifty student employees.
Essential Duties Summary
- Monitors budget and verify availability of funds to ensure that expenditures are within the authorized budget.
- Processes budget transfers.
- Prepares and submits requisitions, review requisitions that other team members have entered.
- Communicates with warehouse, accounting and procurement team to make sure correct account codes are used and approved vendors are being used.
- Logs all reqs entered and follow-up with PO# and check# once available.
- Reviews invoices from vendors with IT team for approval to pay.
- Reviews and approves timesheets for staff and student employees.
- Prepares contracts and Board documents.
- Responds to internal and external customer requests via telephone, email and walk-ins.
- Provides guidance to student employees regarding their IT positions/duties.
- Prepares and submits Pcard and Tcard expense reports.
- Completes Payroll and HR documents such as Position Request forms, Supplemental Salary, ePAFs, Certification of Leave Balance.
- Makes travel arrangements and prepare travel documents.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge of:

- Microsoft Office Professional or similar application.
