Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Adjunct Professor of Nutrition in Chemistry and Physics.

The candidate would be expected to: teach 3 - 6 credits per semester.

Master's degree

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Required Years of Experience:

Other Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in nutrition or a related field, or master’s degree in a non-related field with an undergraduate degree in nutrition and three years of experience in the field.

Must be available for twice-weekly class sessions.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a practitioner in the nutrition field.
