The Manager, Support Services position manages internal communications and administrative operations for the Xavier University Police department and leadership team, including:
  • Assisting in the training and management of student employees
  • Assist logistics and coordination for XUPD community engagement programs
  • Social media monitoring
  • Payroll
  • Budget Management for XUPD, Safety, and associated budgets
  • Calendar management for XUPD leadership
  • Scheduling management for Dispatch and Communications
Other duties and responsibilities include: Acts as the recorder for minutes during XUPD meetings, Safety Committee, and the Campus Emergency Response Team, and will manage and audit expenses, expenditures, and mandatory reporting for the 2020-23 Department of Homeland Security grant.

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field
  • High School/GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
