Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate in Counseling or Clinical Psychology, or related field, and eligibility for appropriate licensure in North Carolina. The successful candidate will be expected to obtain licensure in North Carolina within one year of start date and maintain licensure for the continuation of the appointment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties of the position include:
  • short-term individual, group, and couples therapy
  • psychological assessment
  • crisis intervention; consultation
  • clinical supervision and training of doctoral interns and practicum/externs
  • outreach and psychoeducational workshops (sometimes after hours)
  • case management as needed
  • liaison/consultant relationships with university partners
  • rotating after hours emergency/crisis on call responsibilities as back-up to ProtoCall.
  • All clinical staff positions involve some administrative duties and roles.

Salary competitive and commensurate with experience. State of North Carolina benefits apply.

Physical Demands of Position

General light lifting associated with office work; standing for presentations; and sitting at desk.
