Patrick Henry College seeks a Registrar to provide leadership to the student and faculty support services of the Office of the Registrar. The successful candidate will have

     •  A Master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience
     •  Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and systems development skills
     •  Experience with a student information system and various administrative software
     •  Experience as a collaborative manager and consensus builder

To promote student achievement and the attainment of institutional strategic goals, the Registrar develops and implements efficient and effective systems that support enrollment, transfer of credit, academic scheduling, registration, degree audits, graduation, records management, curriculum management, student/faculty advising, study abroad, and reporting.  The registrar serves on the faculty senate and is an important contributor to the faculty curriculum/policy and faculty assessment committees.  The Registrar reports to the VP of Institutional Effectiveness & Planning, supervises staff, and regularly interacts with students, vendors, faculty, staff, and administrators.
