Position Summary

University Advancement has openings for two highly-motivated and goal-oriented individuals who will be tasked with raising funds for two of the university’s key health sciences schools – the School of Public Health and Health Professions and the School of Social Work . Joining a dynamic team of fundraising professionals, these two associate directors of advancement will play an integral role in the university’s comprehensive advancement program, which is currently in the final stages of a transformative billion-dollar campaign. The associate directors will:
  • identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward constituents capable of making major gifts of $50,000 or more with support from a sophisticated operation that drives engagement, prospect management, communications, stewardship and more.
  • develop, strengthen, and grow a robust pipeline of prospects at all stages of giving readiness.
As part of a robust talent management strategy, the associate directors will be given the opportunity to learn about other areas of the university and to work with a broad range of prospects in order to position them more strongly for advancement within the division and rank.
