Job Summary
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, this position will provide event and building operations responsibilities while providing administration support to staff and faculty. This incumbent will use independent initiative and judgement and creative problem-solving skills while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professional demeanor, and high levels of ethics and integrity. This position will present a positive, energetic, helpful attitude in all personal and telephone interactions, as well as a positive image of the Zilber School of Public Health.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of office administration support experience
  • Previous customer service experience


Preferred Qualifications
  • Two or more years of office administration support experience
  • Prior project management experience
  • Intermediate to Advance level in using and supporting MS Office, Outlook and Zoom
  • Ability to effectively interact with sensitivity with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, racial, ethnic, and professional backgrounds, and persons of all ages and lifestyles
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and communication skills with strong attention to detail
