About the Opportunity
Summary:
Under the supervision and guidance of the Director of Recruitment and Enrollment, the Enrollment Counselor will work carefully and thoughtfully to progressively move prospective students through the enrollment process. The Enrollment Counselor's strategy will include but is not limited to significant call & email conversations, new student follow-ups, and virtual meetings designed to attract adult undergraduate and graduate students in line with the Colleges and Campus Deans' priorities. Additional responsibilities include group and individual counseling and advising students regarding the admission process, conducting presentations, and developing and maintaining relationships with other university offices. The Enrollment Counselor manages the prospective student portfolio throughout the entire enrollment life cycle in alignment with accountabilities, conversion benchmarks, and team enrollment goals.
This role will support multiple campuses and will be based in Seattle, WA.
This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes some mornings, evenings and weekends and may require occasional travel.

Responsibilities:
Student Enrollment:
Counsel and Advise Prospects and Applicants, Transfer and New students, and other Constituents:
Work with prospective learners to select program of study, provide information of programs, admissions and application requirements, deadlines, and other related information; guide applicants through the admissions process to first term registration.
Manage enrollment pipeline through admission process including meet with prospective learners virtually, on-campus, telephone, text, or email and participate in/plan online webinars, open houses, and information session with a goal of increasing interest in programs and campuses and well as conversions to applications and starts.
Management of Systems and Knowledge Base:
Maintain accurate and timely record keeping of all interaction with students in university CRM and application systems. Maintain continuous training and updates of programs, campuses, and processes. Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required.
Two to five years of experience in sales, student enrollment or non-traditional college admissions.
Experience using Salesforce preferred.
Proven ability to work independently, excellent communication and presentation skills, sensitive and responsive to the needs of diverse constituencies and managing goals.
Highly organized, Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
