LeadExec is leading the Vice President for Institutional Marketing & Enrollment search for a progressive institution whose diverse and innovative faculty, staff, and students advance learning virtually.  The Vice President of Institutional Marketing and Enrollment reports to the Provost and is responsible for the development and implementation of institution-wide marketing and communications, student recruitment, and enrollment management. This leader of the marketing and admissions teams is the architect of effective strategies that advance the organization’s brand, increase enrollment, ensure an effective admissions process, and ultimately grow the organization. This role offers the possibility of remote work.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of increasing responsibility in marketing and communication and enrollment/admissions (preferably in higher education) - with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Master’s degree preferred. Demonstrated success in:
    • written and oral communication organizationally integrated marketing, communications, and public relations student recruitment and enrollment strategies for traditional and adult learners admissions requirements and procedures the use and management of sophisticated technological support systems, website, email, and social media for communications and marketing, recruitment, and admissions organizational and administrative functions identifying and employing emerging trends and innovative solutions data analytics and metrics-driven reporting budget management leadership and management that discerns and maximizes the talents of a diverse remote team
