Teaching Faculty Positions in Business and Management

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology invites applications for teaching-track (i.e. non-tenure) position(s) in the Department of Management. The candidates will have primary responsibilities in the development and teaching of business and management courses (e.g., Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environment and Business Sustainability, Leadership, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy) for undergraduate and master students (including MBA). Candidates should possess an earned doctorate in Business or a closely related discipline, with a demonstrated capacity for excellent teaching.

Both full-time and part-time positions will be considered. Successful candidate for the full-time position is also expected to take responsibility of planning, coordination and administration of UG and/or Master program in the department. Initial appointment is for one or two years and may be renewable. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  Housing benefits will also be provided where applicable.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of a 2-year contract.
