The School of Management and Leadership is seeking an Accounting professor at the Assistant Professor (tenure track) or Instructor (term appointment) level. The individual will be responsible for teaching a variety of accounting courses at a variety of levels in our undergraduate and MBA programs. Qualified candidates will be a CPA with a relevant graduate degree (e.g. MBA, MAcc, JD, PhD, DBA). The successful candidate will be committed to excellence in teaching and student success and will be able to demonstrate a record of successful university teaching evidencing the use of experiential and innovative pedagogies that reflect the scholarship of teaching and learning. A background teaching in face-to-face, hybrid, and online environments is desired. The successful candidate will also have significant professional experience in accounting with a demonstrated record of accomplishment.
The School of Management and Leadership (SOML) has the largest enrollment on campus and offers baccalaureate degrees in Accounting, Business Management, Financial Economics, and Marketing, as well as a number of business-related minors. In addition, the School has a longstanding part-time, evening MBA program. Current strategic planning for the SOML envisions replacing the current Financial Economics major with a Finance major.

Qualifications:
- CPA with a relevant graduate degree (e.g. MBA, MAcc, JD, PhD, DBA)
- Previous university teaching experience;
