Adjunct Faculty/ELI

The English Language Institute seeks part-time Adjunct Faculty members to teach English as a Second Language remotely or in-person at several Westchester County locations on various schedules.  Candidates will provide English language instruction to a culturally diverse student body and will use a communicative, student-centered approach to increase students' English language skills.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:  Faculty are required to have an MA TESOL degree and a minimum of one-year ESL/EFL teaching experience.  In some cases, candidates are considered for hire based on the strength of either training or teaching experience. The successful candidate must also possess a commitment to excellent teaching and to the goals of a community college.

Additional Information:

HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $55.61 per hour. No benefits.
