Office Manager and Alumni Engagement Coordinator

The Office Manager and Alumni Engagement Coordinator is integral to the University Advancement Office’s (UA) ability to achieve its objectives and goals. This person will be responsible for high-level administrative support for the office, including working closely with the Vice President and Director of Alumni Engagement on the overall operation of the department. The position will require the person to work closely with UA team members in support of the many events and programs that are managed by the Office throughout the year. This team member will handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. This position will be required to provide effective communication through phone, email, and in person. Additionally, this person will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and an eye for maintaining office organization, improving procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.
