Job Summary/Basic Function
The Management and Marketing department at times needs temporary, part-time instructors to fill in for faculty on sabbaticals and leaves.
Courses have ranged from an introductory level general business course to upper-level courses such as MIS, Business Statistics, Human Resource Management, Quantitative Methods, Management and Marketing.
Teach face-to-face classes days or evenings as scheduled. In addition to teaching, there is an expectation for scholarship and service commensurate with the assignment.

Required Qualifications
MBA in Management or Marketing or other business area from an AACSB or ACBSP accredited institution. Business experience including demonstrated professional development activities. Teaching experience at AACSB / ACBSP accredited school and/or significant industry experience in field, in addition to a successful interview and teaching demonstration. Potential ability to teach courses in discipline. Evidence of a commitment to working in a diverse environment. Successful background checks: Act 34 (Criminal Record Check); Act 114 ( FBI Federal Criminal History-Fingerprinting); and Act 151 (Child Abuse History Clearance).
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate or “all but dissertation” in Management or Marketing from an AACSB or ACBSP accredited institution.
