Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in social work, psychology, or related field and independent licensure/certification as counselor in North Carolina.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The primary purpose of Counseling for Faculty and Staff ( CFS ) is to provide mental health resources for the University community through direct services, consultation, and support of university-wide initiatives.
The essential duties of this positions are:
• Provide direct counseling to faculty and staff.
• Provide classes and workshops appropriate for community needs.
• Conduct workshops and trainings for the university community relevant to mental and emotional health.
• Participate in university-wide committees and initiates relevant to the work of CFS .
- Administrative duties in support of CFS Director.
Suggested Salary Range
$60,000 - $70,000
