This is a full-time benefits eligible position. This position will provide pinsetter maintenance, maintain the lanes within USBC and NCAA approved standards, lane conditioning, assist with pro-shop operations, and drill and repair bowling balls. Will be responsible for the development and implementation of staff training programs regarding safety practices and basic pin-chaser duties. Will assist with management coverage on designated evenings, weekends and holidays. Education & Formal Training High school diploma or equivalent Other Education & Formal Training
Brunswick Certification for Electronics, Critical Adjustments, and Gearbox preferred. Computer Skills Other - Basic knowledge and ability to generate reports. Experience
One (1) year of mechanical experience required, bowling equipment/machines preferred. Paid bowling equipment training is available for the right candidate.

Electronics experience preferred.

Knowledge of bowling center operation strongly preferred. Other Experience Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, & State/Federal Requirements of Position: Criminal History check, Driver's license Other Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, & State/Federal Requirements Special Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge: Attention to detail, Communication skills, including oral, written, and/or nonverbal, Knowledge of a University environment preferred, Human Relations/Interpersonal skills, Physical abilities: mobility/strength/dexterity/balance/coordination/endurance, Supervisory skills, including motivation, delegation of duties, evaluation, etc, Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines, Maintain confidentiality Other Special Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
Sensory abilities, including special vision and/or hearing requirements (specify): Correctible hearing to listen to machine jams or failures from front of center.

Mental skills, including concentration, memory, complex decision making, analytical thinking, and/or conceptual thinking.

Knowledge of USBC lane certification requirements.

Ability to trouble shoot equipment problems on sophisticated machinery and to perform precision mechanical and electrical adjustments. Specify sensory abilities: Physical & Environmental Factors: Excessive standing and/or walking, Exposure to extreme temperatures, Exposure to fumes and/or chemicals, Exposure to loud noises, Lifting (weight) - 80 lbs Other Physical & Environmental Factors
Exposure to energized equipment.
