Job Summary/Basic Function:

Support all aspects of desktop, laptop and software needs for faculty, staff and students.Work with Senior staff on support tickets and projects including labs and classrooms. Support Help Desk students with technical issues. Support the Help Desk Area when students are not there. Work with coordinator when needed to inventory and prepare newly received systems for processing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required – Vocational or technical training or degree
Preferred – Bachelor’s or Associates degree
Required – Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

A+ Certification
Microsoft Office Certification
Google apps knowledge

The minimum starting hourly rate for this position is 24.00/hour.
