Prior experience with zebrafish or model organisms is a plus.

Position Description
The candidate will work closely with scientists in the lab and will perform daily activities, including:
- Zebrafish line maintenance and genotyping;
- Molecular biology techniques, including cloning, PCR, DNA and Protein extraction, immunostaining, and generation of transgenic animals;
- Maintenance of lab equipment and supplies;
- Operation of scientific equipment, requiring a high degree of skill and precision;
- Recording of results of experiments according to standard laboratory techniques.
