The Assistant Registrar for Systems and Reporting, as a direct report to the Senior Associate Registrar for Policy and Operations, is a member of the Registrar’s leadership team and is expected to provide leadership and strategic vision for the use of technology in Enrollment Management.  As an effective project manager and an active participant in identifying and implementing new technical tools, workflow processes, and strategic initiatives designed to increase departmental effectiveness, the Assistant Registrar for Systems and Reporting is primarily responsible for all technological functions within the University Registrar’s Office, including their interdependence with university wide systems, and provides functional leadership for new software and technology to enhance student services and streamline internal business processes, testing, functional support, project management, and documentation.  Additionally, this position requires a solid understanding of how to leverage information and ideas to support student needs and the institution’s strategic goals. 

 

Minimum Requirements

● Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a combination of education and experience. ● Experience using student information systems, Banner 9, DegreeWorks, Argos, and WebFocus. ● Strong commitment for innovation as demonstrated by their ability to be proactive, dynamic, forward-thinking, strategic, and collaborative. ● Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
