The candidate must contribute to the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship's mission in the areas of research and teaching, and must be able and willing to teach management courses.
Minimum Qualifications:
1) A Ph.D. in organizational theory, strategic management, entrepreneurship, or organizational behavior by start date of July 1, 2023;
2) Evidence of potential for excellence in research publications at top-tier journals and a promising agenda;
3) Evidence of potential for teaching excellence in one or more areas of management
Desired Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must demonstrate evidence of research excellence and enthusiasm for research in the domain(s) of potential supervisors. The successful candidate will work with one of the three potential supervisory teams on their collaborative projects:
1) Peggy Kee, Don Lange, and Jon Bundy: ongoing research on social evaluation
2) David Waldman: ongoing research on technology transfer, organizational neuroscience, and leadership
3) Milo Wang and David Zhu: ongoing research on digital transformation and platform strategy
