Job Summary
The Health Services Administration Department within the College of Nursing and Health Professions (CNHP)* offers both graduate and undergraduate degrees in health services administration. Students may select full-time (undergraduate only) or part-time study. Courses are delivered in-person, online, or in hybrid format. The core curriculum is designed to expose students to the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the healthcare industry through didactic and experiential learning in leadership, general management, economic principles, and health policy. At the same time, the program exposes students to interdisciplinary study in areas such as bioethics, epidemiology, and the history of healthcare.
Currently, the Health Services Administration Department is accepting applications for adjunct instructors with expertise in leadership and management in nonprofit organizations, with a priority on those with a background in health-related nonprofits. Selected candidates will join a pool of adjunct faculty who will serve on an ad hoc basis to teach classes in-person (day or evening), online, or in hybrid format.
