The Regional Associate Director (RAD) is responsible for supporting the Office of Admissions in the coordination and growth of student recruitment in the southern California region. The RAD serves as a comprehensive territory manager, engaging high school and college students, families, high school and independent counselors, career services counselors, community-based organizations, ACPHS alumni and other influencers to build awareness and enrollment of students from their assigned territories. To meet their goals, the RAD will build and manage important relationships and utilize entrepreneurial approaches to build a strong applicant pool for first-year, transfer, master’s, and professional Doctor of Pharmacy entry points. The position is location-based in the greater Los Angeles area with primary responsibility for territories from Simi Valley to San Diego; and secondary markets in select markets in San Jose and San Francisco, and the surrounding states of WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, NV, CO, WY. Travel to secondary markets will be reviewed and approved by the Director and Vice President. Multiple trips to campus to be determined by the Director, with 2-6 trips per year expected.

  • Possess a team-first attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Enthusiastic about travel and meeting new people
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
