Salary Basis: 9 month

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will teach courses in educational leadership, recruit students, work with program development, and maintain quality relationships with the school districts and the Mississippi State Department of Education. The candidate may possibly also teach general teacher education courses on campus as needed. The selected candidate will also be expected to do research and complete related tasks as assigned by the division chair and the Dean of the College of Education and Human Sciences.

Qualifications:
A doctorate and experience in K-12 teaching and educational leadership are required. Additionally, the candidate must have five years of teaching experience and administrative experience. A thorough knowledge of P - 12 education, distance and online instruction, and excellent interpersonal skills are also a necessity.

Salary:
9 monthCommensurate with experience, qualifications, and university’s resources.
