Basic Functions
Job Duties:
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Prepare Starbucks drinks when needed
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
Engage in friendly customer service. Make the customers your number one priority .
Complete comprehensive training included
Store open hours:Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm Closed weekendsThis position is assigned up to 19.5 hours each week
