Detailed Job Description
This hybrid position Directs the graduate recruiting, admissions and yield strategy, and staff coordinating efforts for the following Fisher College of Business graduate programs: Full-Time MBA (FTMBA), Working Professional MBA (WPMBA) and Specialized Masters in Business Analytics (SMB-A) and any new graduate programs. Executes on admissions and yield strategies in coordination with the GPO Marketing Manager, the program(s) Academic Directors, Executive Director and Associate Dean. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compelling, strategies and tactics that encourage those interested in Fisher graduate programs to apply and enroll responsible for overall quality of presentations, programming and applicant communications; coordinates with the CRM team to ensure the system is meeting the business and reporting needs of the College of Business; performs on-going analysis and evaluation of recruiting outreach initiatives and communications; leads a team of recruiting and operations professionals to achieve college enrollment goals; facilitates collaborative working sessions with academic directors to identify and prioritize key selling messages, directs the strategic planning process to identify audience segments, and develop recruiting and yield plans that attract those audience segments; meets with business leaders to promote the graduate programs to drive enrollment; oversees admissions budgets for the FT, WP and SMB-A programs; weekend and evening hours may be required, as well as domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications
Required: Three plus years of experience setting strategy and implementing recruitment/marketing plans to achieve year-over-year results. .Three plus years of supervisory experience, strong entrepreneurial mindset, interpersonal skills; ability to think outside the box to provide creative solutions; experience in setting strategy and implement strategic goals; decision making, and customer service skills and comfort with a team-based work environment; ability to work with culturally diverse populations; experience working in a CRM system with strong knowledge of how the sales/recruitment funnel works; knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Desired: Five years admissions, recruiting and marketing or related experience with strong year-over-year admissions/recruitment results. Experience in recruiting and/or marketing and sales preferably in the academic arena.
