Assistant Professor of Management

Kettering University has an available position of Assistant Professor of Management in Flint, MI. Position requires a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Systems and Engineering Management or Engineering Management and 12 months experience as an Engineering Manager. Position also requires: 1) Ph.D. dissertation in economic productivity analyses. Job duties: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in management including: Project Management (MGMT-419/619), Operations and Supply Chain Management (MGMT-315), Information Systems (BUSN-152), Business Process Improvement (Operations Research; BUSN-312), Business Analytics (BUSN-371), Managerial Accounting (BUSN-222), Marketing Research (MGMT-313), Technology Management (MGMT-609), Tools for Managing the Supply Chain (IME 453), Engineering Economics (IME-351), Lean Six Sigma (IME-476/676), Lean Work Design (IME-361), Computer Integrated Manufacturing (IME-409), Quality Assurance (IME 471) and Designing Value for Supply Chain (IME-452/652). Advise students. Conduct research in economic productivity analyses. Publish results of research in peer-reviewed journals and present results of research at international and national meetings. Submit grant proposals to public and
