Job Description:

The Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level in the Management Department, beginning fall 2023. Candidates must have completed a PhD or doctoral degree in relevant business fields before commencing employment. Candidates should have a primary foci on leadership and human resources management in teaching and research interests. The ability to teach organizational behavior is also very desirable. Candidates must have a strong commitment to teaching, preferably with experience and verified excellence at the undergraduate level. Candidates must also have a demonstrated ability to publish quality research in peer-reviewed journals. Strong applicants will be committed to: cross-disciplinary collaboration and collegiality; the development of an innovative and creative classroom educational experience; a commitment to innovation and demonstrated excellence in using technology in the classroom; service to the department, school of business, university, community and profession.
