The D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston is seeking exceptional senior scholars for open positions in all business fields. Appointments will be made at the tenured full professor level. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in one or more of the following broad areas: information and data security, technological innovation, business and data analytics, supply chain resilience, fintech and quantitative finance, applications of artificial intelligence/machine learning/natural language processing, analysis of large and non-traditional data sets, digital assets and currencies and associated technologies, technology-enabled financial liberalization, workforce analytics, the future of work, workplace mental health, digital marketing, quantitative marketing, computational modeling and decision science, and international business.

Each position will have a primary tenure home in one of the following groups within the School: Accounting, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Finance, International Business & Strategy, Management & Organizational Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain & Information Management. Joint appointments and/or affiliations with other colleges and institutes at Northeastern University are encouraged and will be considered as appropriate. There is also the possibility of affiliations or appointments at other campuses within the Northeastern network, including Northeastern University - London, England, and Mills College at Northeastern, Oakland, CA.

About the D'Amore-McKim School of Business:

The D'Amore-McKim School of Business offers a unique model of business education that purposely blends innovative classroom learning with real-world business application. Its students explore cutting-edge theory with professors, fusing knowledge with learning experiences that include cooperative education or corporate residency, study abroad, and community service. Similarly, the school's resulting connections with the corporate world influence its research agendas, which, in turn, shape innovative new business practice. Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will have research, teaching, and service responsibilities consistent with our faculty work-load policy.

Qualifications:
Candidates must be outstanding scholars with international reputation for excellence in research, teaching, and service, along with clear indications of continued research success. We are especially interested in individuals who value collegiality, are effective mentors of junior colleagues, and whose research would complement and extend the interests of our existing faculty. Candidates must hold a doctorate in one of the following or a closely related field by the appointment start date: Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing, Information Management, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship/Innovation, International Business, and Supply Chain Management. Candidates must have a background in or commitment to working with diverse student populations and/or in culturally diverse work and educational environments.
