$58,960 - $68,000 / annually

Job Description

Basic Function & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a multi-faceted annual giving program. The program will include, but is not limited to, a digital giving plan, direct mail and crowdfunding.

Job Functions:
Develop segmented giving strategies in each program component to maximize both dollars raised and participation rate (# of alumni donors/yr.) by strategic analysis from various data sources.

Oversee and administer a complete phonathon program designed to continuously improve calling effectiveness and flexibility to meet the unique operational requirements at S&T.

Develop a pipeline/leadership annual giving program. This would include managing a portfolio of donor prospects and conducting several face-to-face visits that will require some travel.

Provide supervision and mentoring to a minimum of one calling center manager, 30-35 student employees and at least one student development officer.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Critical thinking, analytical analysis and the ability to draw conclusions from a wide range of data sets.
