Assistant Professor - Management

The Business / Health Care Management Faculty position will have teaching responsibilities across the foundational areas of business and may include management, economics, organizational behavior, operations management, decision support systems, finance, and health care management. This position will be in Portland, Oregon with some online courses required in load. As part of their professional development, faculty will be expected to: pursue funded research opportunities to support student research and activities; build curriculum in support of Oregon Tech’s business programming; establish industry relationships in support of student projects and internship experiences; and engage in scholarly activities aligned with their professional goals. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience

• Evidence of prior teaching in higher education and/or 3+ years of relevant industry experience

Research

• History of a current applicable research program through applied or empirical research

Qualification Requirements:

Education

• Ph.D. or terminal degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related discipline
