Job Description:

The Workday Student Financials Analyst is a 12-month professional/managerial position located on the Pensacola Campus. The Workday Student Financials Analyst will support the Student Finance and Financial Aid team by analyzing business needs, recommending and implementing solutions for respective business processes, developing reports and integrations, and maintaining general knowledge of new release functionality in Workday . The Student Financials Analyst will research and troubleshoot, problem-solve, and communicate with functional leads. The Workday Student Financials Analyst will assist with reporting and integrations with the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) via the National Student Clearing House (NSCH), U.S. Department of Education Common Origination and Disbursement (COD), and Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA). The Student Financials Analyst will be a contributing member of the larger Enterprise Solutions team, assist in cross-functional continuous improvement projects, and share expertise related to relevant modules. This position reports to the Coordinator, Student Financials Solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with two years of programming experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in systems science, computer science, software engineering, or related field and experience as a computer programmer on large-scale computer systems in an online, multi-processing environment; OR an unrelated two- or four-year degree with two years minimum work experience as a Systems Analyst on large-scale enterprise system in an on-line, multi-processing environment. Working knowledge of Student Financials and Financial Aid. Successful results of a criminal background check are required.

SALARY RANGE: $35,000.00 - $42,500.00

Depending upon qualifications and experience, the salary is negotiable.
