The School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), within the College of Engineering at Oregon State University, invites applications for a Program Representative 1: Ecampus Admission Coordinator (Classified/Hourly) for the division of Ecampus. The available position is a 12-month full-time position (1.0 FTE). Candidates for this position can reside anywhere in the U.S. and are welcome to work on-campus in Corvallis, OR, with options for hybrid or fully remote work. Remote candidates would be expected to travel to the Corvallis campus for approximately 1 week up to twice a year. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to university guidelines. (Due to COVID-19, in-person training may be held remotely through video applications). We provide comprehensive training and mentoring for all new employees, and also provide funding for ongoing professional development.

Candidates must possess two years of technical or professional-level experience advising and/or instructing the public concerning specific programs or processes, monitoring programs, or performing participant reviews. Candidates for this position must also demonstrate proficiency in technologies such as word processing software, spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and database software, networked systems, shared electronic files, and web-enabled business applications such as online tasks and downloadable forms. Additionally, candidates must have demonstrated experience in successfully providing customer service to a broad range of people along with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and organizational skills.
