The director is responsible for the development and implementation of the college’s enrollment management plan and establishes the strategic enrollment priorities, working in coordination with multiple college departments, to support the college's mission. This job is directly responsible for and leads recruitment efforts at the college.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Lead, delegate, and motivate the student recruitment team, program directors, and site directors in the development and implementation of strategic enrollment goals, objectives, plans, and activities.
Strategically analyze and forecast enrollment trends based on college, state, and national market data to appropriately plan and execute recruitment strategies based on trends.
Act directly as a recruiter and supervise the student recruitment team.
Collaborate with various college departments to recruit traditional and non-traditional students to the college.
Plan and recruitment programming, events, and recruitment marketing campaigns in coordination with academics, student services, and academic departments.
BS required; MS preferred
Three to five years of experience in direct college student recruitment/enrollment management
Three to five years of experience using data driven techniques and applications to create and execute recruitment plans preferred
One year supervisory experience preferred
Experience with social and electronic media a plus
