Job Description

Applications are invited for a tenure-track position at the University of Missouri, Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. Applicants already holding the rank of Associate Professor of Marketing are encouraged to apply. Applicants with at least 3 years in an Assistant Professor position will also be accepted. Start date of Fall 2023 is desired, but a January 2024 start date may be possible in some circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have completed a doctoral degree in marketing or related field by the time of appointment.

Candidates will be Evaluated on

Ability and motivation to publish in top-tier journals and to teach effectively, especially in the doctoral program seminars and to mentor doctoral students. Ability and willingness to teach in sales, marketing analytics and/or digital marketing curricula at graduate and undergraduate levels will be highly desirable along with a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Applications are welcome from all scholars, but research interests in marketing strategy/management, broadly defined, at the time of appointment.
